→ A3 Prints

All A3 posters are sent in cardboard postage triangles, rolled up with care and wrapped in tissue paper. The triangles are secured using an eco kraft tape which can be recycled along with the cardboard tube. 

We recommend unrolling your A3 poster as soon as it arrives and using some books or something medium heavy to flatten it out. All A3 posters are designed to fit inside the IKEA Ribba 40x50 frame (including mount) as shown in the photos. They will however fit in other A3 frames too. 

→ A4 Prints

All A4 prints are sent flat in a cardboard backed C4 envelope. To save on plastic, A4 prints are not cello wrapped, so that all the packaging can be recycled. 

 

→ Delivery

Depending on the time of day when you place your order, we ship all orders on the same, or next working day.

We post all UK orders by Royal Mail 1st Class. As post around this time of year is slow, please allow 5 to 10 days for your order to arrive before getting in touch.

For international orders, we send them by Royal Mail International Standard delivery, and should be with you in 5 to 10 working days. Please allow up to 14 working days for international mail to arrive before getting in touch.

→ Returns and exchanges:

• We gladly accept returns and exchanges
• Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
• Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
• We don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

→ Conditions of return:

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
